HOW WILL THE PROJECT HELP SCHOOLS AND TEACHER LEADERS?
The project aims to promote and support teacher leadership to improve teaching and learning.With the support of the project, teachers are provided with three tools to support this task:
- Handbook - Intellectual Output No. 1,
- Set Standards for Teachers - Leaders - Intellectual Output No. 2,
- Training Kit - Intellectual Output No 3.

The Teacher Leader project is led by Krakowskie Centrum Zarządzania i Administracji (KCZIA) and involves partners from Greece, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey where the teachers’ development issues are similar to our own.
